Olga Siegenthaler
Olga Siegenthaler (B.A., University of South Florida) brings more than 35 years of experience in the Child Welfare System in Hillsborough County, Florida, where she has served as a Case Manager, Supervisor and Administrative Program Specialist. Her expertise includes working with medically complex children and youth identified as victims of human trafficking. Olga is recognized for developing and implementing administrative systems that improved the allocation of federal and state funding—systems that were later adopted statewide. She is currently a Project Manager for the development of Focus Day School, a nonprofit private school.
Deeply committed to community service, Olga actively supports nonprofit initiatives that address food insecurity, family support, and faith-based outreach. Her leadership and compassion continue to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally. As a Board Member, she brings a strategic mindset, operational insight, and a deep dedication to improving lives.
